Crunchy on the outside, gooey on the inside. It was great, but should’ve stayed in the over for a bit longer. I’ll redo and port recipe!!
I cooked the pork in root beer and BBQ sauce with onions, garlic, salt and pepper for 8 hours in a slow cooker. The result? Meat that falls off the bone and melts in your mouth!!
